Số là ta đang muốn nâng cao trình độ ngoại ngữ của mình (ngoại ngữ ở đây là 3 thứ tiếng bông, anh, pháp!!!) nhưng lười quá... ko có motivation để học, nên hôm nay dở người lên làm cái topic kêu gọi bà con vào cùng học với mình cho vui...

Topic này để mọi người vào BÁO DANH - AI KHÔNG BÁO THÌ VÀO ĐỌC ĐỪNG SPAM!!!

Lớp học của bọn mình sẽ ko có giảng sư, mỗi người tự học, một ngày bỏ ra chừng 15 phút là được... 3 topic = 45 phút 1 ngày... 1 tuần học 5 bữa... 2 bữa ôn tập... cuối tháng mình kiểm tra một lần cho vui...

Chương trình học đơn giản lắm: mỗi ngày mình học 5 từ mới của 3 thứ tiếng, ta sẽ cố gắng làm ví dụ, đặt câu, viết đoạn văn... mấy loại tương tự vậy cho nó dễ hiểu mà dễ thuộc... cứ thứ bảy, chủ nhật mình làm một bài ôn tập, cuối tháng là cái test... :)

The agreement, he said, encourages International Monetary Fund and the World Bank to increase their lending capacity by hundreds of billions of dollars and pledges $250 billion dollars for efforts to revive world trade.

“The old Washington consensus is over,” Mr. Brown said, referring to long-held strict economic policy prescriptions. “Today we have reached a new global consensus.”

A “financial stability board” would be created to provide an early warning mechanism to alert nations of systemic risks to the international economy, he said. Hedge funds will be brought under a regulatory net, and international accounting standards will be set. There will be an end to tax havens that do not transfer information on request, and a common approach to cleaning toxic assets off bank balance sheets, he said.

The statement came after a day of talks at a summit meeting of the G-20 members — 19 countries plus the European Union — along with two nonmember countries, the Netherlands and Spain, and six international organizations, including the I.M.F. and the World Bank.

Negotiators from the United States and Europe had worked frantically to hash out the agreement on new regulations, a day after France and Germany signaled a rift over the level of scrutiny that regulators should have over hedge funds and global financial institutions.

On Wednesday, Mr. Obama acknowledged to the world leaders that regulatory failures in the United States had a role in the meltdown, but urged them to focus on solutions rather than on placing blame. He also cautioned that the United States was unlikely to return to its role as a “voracious consumer market,” and he urged other nations to do more to revive growth in their home markets.

While the United States was determined to resist European efforts to create regulatory authorities with crossborder authority, officials said the two sides were trying to hash out policies on transparency and early risk warnings for banks that would placate France and Germany.

France and other Europeans countries had also pressed China to accept action against tax havens, a step it has resisted because of the possible consequences for its coastal banking centers, Hong Kong and Macao.

The leaders shared a working breakfast before hours of closed-door negotiations. The talks unfolded as police patrolled in force to forestall a repetition of sometimes violent demonstrations the day before.

President Obama also held an early meeting with President Lee Myung-bak of South Korea as North Korea reportedly pursued plans to test a long-range rocket. The Associated Press quoted a South Korean presidential statement as saying the two presidents agreed on “the need for a stern, united response” if North Korea proceeds with the launch.

On Wednesday, Britain began talks on a tax information exchange agreement with Liechtenstein, an Alpine principality used by wealthy Europeans and others as a place to stash money.

The leaders also agreed to increase by at least $100 billion the financing available for world trade, which has suffered a crippling double-blow from the financial crisis and the economic downturn.

“The goal is to finance banks and guarantee credit for international trade,” said Lord Malloch-Brown, the British minister for Africa, Asia and the United Nations. “In rescuing national banking systems, it had an unintended consequence of neglecting the international businesses of those banks.”

Theo mình biết thì người nào học tiếng Nhật cũng phải học hơn 1k Hán tự cơ bản thì phải, chỉ có cách phát âm là khác thôi. Các tài liệu về tiếng Trung bây giờ phần New Words + Grammar đều có cả tiếng Anh, Hán Việt, PinYin, Tiếng Việt.
Vấn đề còn lại là phải xem não của bạn chứa được bao nhiêu kiến thức đó:057:
